About Dora Pontow

Dora L. Pontow, through her relationship as a premier contractor, serves  MicroLaw's client.

With 25+ years of experience working in Milwaukee’s legal community as a trainer and lead software support expert set Dora Pontow apart in an ever-widening field of legal technology consultants.  Her specialties include training attorneys and staff with a wide range of computer knowledge and skills.  Dora has also assisted many firms deal with the issue of document Metadata.

As one of the nation’s experts on using Worldox document management, Microsoft Word and WordPerfect, Dora has held “Train-the-Trainer” sessions nationwide and in Canada for training consultants and in-house trainers.  She has also delivered presentations for the State Bar of Wisconsin, Legal Tech and various other associations in the legal field.

Dora has developed a less painful method to learn Microsoft’s Word, which has assisted hundreds of WordPerfect users to learn Word.  This method has given firms an advantage when converting to Word.  Also firms who have been using Word for many years have found Dora’s training great for dealing with the “Whys” and “Hows” of formatting and editing text.  In addition to WordPerfect and Word, Dora trains Windows and Getting Acquainted with your Computer, Presentations, Power Point, GroupWise and Outlook.
