SPECIAL
OFFER TO PAW EDUCATIONAL SESSION ATTENDEES - Have your practice
reviewed for technology efficiency and streamlining by Ross Kodner -
Bring eDiscovery knowledge inside your practice!
Dear Paralegal Association of Wisconsin Educational
Seminar Attendees:
As a thank you for inviting me to present to your group, and as part of a year's worth of
upcoming 20th Year in Business MicroLaw celebrations, I want to give
anyone interested an opportunity to get my professional
guidance. I normally charge between $2000 and $30,000 for a full
technology and practice flow review and
technology plan. Another option would be to provide
guidance for your firms or legal departments about electronic
discovery and forensic issues. I wanted to offer this to anyone who might have been putting
off a technology evaluation/purchases because of the cost or the
time involved.
* A MicroLaw Legal Tech/Practice Review - for a flat $1495 (for up to a 5
person
practice - or a flat $2495 for a 6-10 person practice - bigger
than that and we can talk about flat rates for you too) (Through
4/30/05 only).
This will cover phone interviews (or a live visit - travel
expenses nominal, but additional) with you and your people about
your present technology, workflow, operational bottlenecks,
technology goals, paper management issues, the full range
of litigation technology, eDiscovery issues and readiness,
computer forensics, better use of
case managers such as Time Matters, Amicus, PracticeMaster or
ProLaw, help with the Acrobat, Mobile Lawyering, Remote Access, Web Marketing and Metadata issues we talked about in the CLE
sessions,
legal practice systems, system hardware/network structure
current software mix, etc. Then I will provide a written report
indicating what I think you need to do - (with hardware,
software and recommended services detailed with street pricing,
etc). A legal technology roadmap - in plain English. It
will also indicate a prospective action plan with referrals to
the best local and regional fellow consultants I know (or me if
that's practical).
I've done this for over 800 firms and legal departments and for
several of you here. Also, if there are several of you in the
same city or region and would prefer to do this live, we can
explore the idea of pooling travel costs to share them among
several firms. During such a visit, I am also happy to do a CLE
or two for a local Bar association if you have those contacts.
Here's what you do if you're interested:
1) E-mail me PRIVATELY at
rkodner@microlaw.com
(just click my address) and express interest and tell me a
little about your practice (number of people, focus, perhaps
what your top 3-5 tech/practice management issues are).
2) I'll respond and coordinate with
you, making all the arrangements.
3) From the time we do the phone
interviews to report presentation will be about 14-21 days (on a
first-come, first-served basis).
4) We take MC/VISA if you need/want
airline miles.
All the best,
Ross Kodner
